With a Bachelor in Fashion Administration and Pastry Chef, this Brazilian is dedicated exclusively to her great passion, the stove. Graduated by the great names of Brazilian and French pastry, she had her skills polished in her season of two years in Dubai.  In 2010, she moved to South Africa where she studied and worked in the finest establishments in the country. She brings her experience, trips to Asia, Europe and the Middle East in the search of gastronomic experiences that give a special touch to her menus.

Dynamic, creative and innovative, this young chef began his career at one of the best schools of gastronomy in Brazil (CEG /FRANCE). Today, he is widening his knowledge in South Africa at the finest school in the country (Prue Leith Chefs Academy). He is ahead of the most unusual creations of COPPA. He likes challenges and is dedicated to the art of roots cooking, priming for the use of organic ingredients in his dishes.
